Merge branch 'pm-opp'
* pm-opp: PM / OPP: using kfree_rcu() to simplify the code PM / OPP: predictable fail results for opp_find* functions, v2 PM / OPP: Export symbols for module usage. PM / OPP: RCU reclaim
