[ARM] Remove save_lr/restore_pc macros
As for RETINSTR/LOADREGS macros, these were for compatibility with 26-bit ARMs. No longer required, so remove them. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
