percpu: kill lpage first chunk allocator
With x86 converted to embedding allocator, lpage doesn't have any user left. Kill it along with cpa handling code. Signed-off-by: Tejun Heo <tj@kernel.org> Cc: Jan Beulich <JBeulich@novell.com>
