This patch removes all obsolete files from plat-s5pc1xx. This directory is
no longer needed. S5PC100 SoC is now completely supported in plat-s5p
framework.

Driver strength parameter can be changed not only on S5PC100 but also
on S5PV210/S5PC110 platforms, so move the helper functions to the common
plat-samsung directory.

Remove the copy of the old s3c64xx struct clksrc_clk and use the new one
in plat-samsung. This eliminates a bug in the set_parent() call where it
failed to set the clk->parent after sucesfully updating the clock.
The script that was used to automate much of the process will be supplied
seperately.

Samsung S5PC100 has 3 SDHCI controllers compatible with the one known from
previous SoCs series. Add required platform setup and support code that
the devices can be used with sdhci-s3c driver.

S5PC100 is a new SoC with ARM coretex-A8 and numerous peripherals. This SoC is
successor of S3C64XX. S5PC100 has peripherals which are still similar to S3C
families so some drivers in "arch/arm/plat-s3c" can be shared. S5PC100 specific
drivers will be added in "arch/arm/plat-s5pcxx" or "arch/arm/mach-s5pc100"
