2019-10-22ANDROID: refactor build.config files to remove duplicationMatthias Maennich
The build.config.* files largely contain duplicate information by their nature. Reorganize them reduce duplication and to allow adding new configurations without copying the definitions again. The last upgrade introduced a new build failure, because it had a bug which caused it to emit PLT relocations, certain types of which cannot be handled by the reloc tool in the kernel.
