This reverts commit 9d6fd2c3e9fcfb ("Merge remote-tracking branch
'msm-4.4/tmp-510d0a3f' into msm-4.4"), because it breaks the

now and not fixed at linear mapping.

Integer overflow check always fails when ULONG_MAX is used,
as ULONG_MAX is 2^64-1, while req->data[i].len and total
are uint32_t. Make change to use U32_MAX instead of
ULONG_MAX.

To minimize spinlock, the qce50 client is assumed that it can only issue
request to qce50 driver one at a time. After a request is issued to
qce50 from qcrypto. Without waiting for completion, other requests can
still be issued until the maximum limit of outstanding requests
in qce50 reaches.
To cut down the chance of udp socket receive buffer overflow the following
schemes are provided -
The number of bunched requests in qce50 is based on the data length of
the current request to cut down delay for smaller packets. In turn,
with smaller delay, the number of completed requests to process in
seq_response() completion function is less.
The scheduling of qcrypto requests are changed from least use to
round robin. This way, the distribution of requests to each engine
is more even. As the result, reordering of completed requests will
be less. Completed requests to handle in completion callback is less
at a time.

commit 9e209fcfb804da262e38e5cd2e680c47a41f0f95 upstream.
The pf2vf_resp_wq is a global so it has to be created at init
and destroyed at exit, instead of per device.

commit 340ff60ae93a5db2b2be6f38868df9a1293b6007 upstream.
After conversion to new AEAD interface, tcrypt tests fail as follows:
[...]
[ 1.145414] alg: aead: Test 1 failed on encryption for authenc-hmac-sha1-cbc-aes-talitos
[ 1.153564] 00000000: 53 69 6e 67 6c 65 20 62 6c 6f 63 6b 20 6d 73 67

[ 1.166509] 00000020: 00 00 00 00
[...]
Fix them by providing the correct cipher in & cipher out pointers,
i.e. must skip over associated data in src and dst S/G.
While here, fix a problem with the HW S/G table index usage:
tbl_off must be updated after the pointer to the table entries is set.

commit f709b45ec461b548c41a00044dba1f1b572783bf upstream.
Prevent information from leaking to userspace by doing a memset to 0 of
the export state structure before setting the structure values and copying
it. This prevents un-initialized padding areas from being copied into the
export area.

The requests configuration has to be split so clients can inform
ICE laeyr when the request is completed.
Rename the 'config' callback to 'config_start' and add
'config_end' callback.

When working with multiple files and multiple threads, the following
scenario can occur:
1. File Close -> Key cache removal -> context switch
2. Open new file -> occupy the entry cleaned in 1
-> TZ_ES_SET_ICE_KEY -> context switch
3. Back to 1 -> TZ_ES_INVALIDATE_ICE_KEY
4. Back to 2 -> ICE uses the key that is already invalid
5. Crash due to PARTIALLY_SET_KEY_USED
To fix this, pfk must know when requests using some key are completed.
Only then key removal shall be allowed and until then key invalidation
must wait.
A new callback was added to let clients inform PFK when requests end.

* Removed spinlock as it was not locking against anything
* Removed conversion of interrupt status to error number
as it is not used by API client, and in case several bits are
set only 1 error is ever handled and the rest get lost.
Instead pass to the client the complete status.
* Removed redundant includes, variables
* vops structure is returned after performing a lookup in the DTS.
There's no need for that as we already know the structure
to return.
* Other minor corrections

commit ce0ae266feaf35930394bd770c69778e4ef03ba9 upstream.
Since a crypto_ahash_import() can be called against a request context
that has not had a crypto_ahash_init() performed, the request context
needs to be cleared to insure there is no random data present. If not,
the random data can result in a kernel oops during crypto_ahash_update().

commit b31dde2a5cb1bf764282abf934266b7193c2bc7c upstream.
Use a local variable for the exported and imported state so that
alignment is not an issue. On export, set a local variable from the
request context and then memcpy the contents of the local variable to
the export memory area. On import, memcpy the import memory area into
a local variable and then use the local variable to set the request
context.

commit 952bce9792e6bf36fda09c2e5718abb5d9327369 upstream.
Commit 8996eafdcbad ("crypto: ahash - ensure statesize is non-zero")
added a check to prevent ahash algorithms from successfully registering
if the import and export functions were not implemented. This prevents
an oops in the hash_accept function of algif_hash. This commit causes
the ccp-crypto module SHA support and AES CMAC support from successfully
registering and causing the ccp-crypto module load to fail because the
ahash import and export functions are not implemented.
Update the CCP Crypto API support to provide import and export support
for ahash algorithms.

Enable SPS_BAM_CACHED_WP option. The BAM register access is very slow.
The write descriptor offset information in the BAM_P_EVENT_REG is only
set by the host if BAM is runnig in system mode, such as NDP-BAM of crypto.
On each BAM transfter, driver reads the register to figure if
there is enough space to put in new descriptor. Reading the register can be
from driver cache copy, instead of going out to read the register if
SPS_BAM_CACHED_WP option is enabled.

Just temporarily disable aead alg related apis for 4.4 upgrade.
4.4 upstream cryto driver has a lot of changes on aead related APIS
and data structures, and hw crypto driver can not be compiled on 4.4.

commit c033042aa8f69894df37dabcaa0231594834a4e4 upstream.
clk_prepare()/clk_unprepare() must not be called within atomic context.
This patch calls clk_prepare() once for all from atmel_sha_probe() and
clk_unprepare() from atmel_sha_remove().
Then calls of clk_prepare_enable()/clk_disable_unprepare() were replaced
by calls of clk_enable()/clk_disable().

commit d961436c11482e974b702c8324426208f00cd7c4 upstream.
Since atmel_sha_probe() uses devm_xxx functions to allocate resources,
atmel_sha_remove() should no longer explicitly release them.

commit e7a7104e432c0db8469ca3568daf4f1d1afe3e73 upstream.
Previous change (see "Fixes" tag) to the MCFGR register
clears AWCACHE[0] ("bufferable" AXI3 attribute) (which is "1" at POR).
This makes all writes non-bufferable, causing a ~ 5% performance drop
for PPC-based platforms.
Rework previous change such that MCFGR[AWCACHE]=4'b0011
(bufferable + cacheable) for all platforms.
Note: For ARM-based platforms, AWCACHE[0] is ignored
by the interconnect IP.

commit 4f9ea86604e3ba64edd2817795798168fbb3c1a6 upstream.
sun4i-ss implementaton of md5/sha1 is via ahash algorithms.
Commit 8996eafdcbad ("crypto: ahash - ensure statesize is non-zero")
made impossible to load them without giving statesize. This patch
specifiy statesize for sha1 and md5.
