It is possible a variable will be accessed before
it is ever initialized. Properly initialize this
variable when it is declared.

Some PCIe clocks require PCIe bus driver to enable/disable
core and peripheral memory settings. To achieve optimal power
when the link is off, these settings should be set to disabled.
Add support to configure core and peripheral memory for PCIe
clocks.

Size of local PCIe clock frequency buffer should be equivalent to
the max number of clocks possible instead of just the only ones
present. Thus, change the size of this buffer to include optional
clocks that may not be present as well.

When clients dumps PCIe PARF registers, it should not flood
dmesg. Change the logging type for dumping PCIe PARF register
to a lower priority one. The dump will only show up in PCIe
specific logs and not dmesg.

SMMU SIDs allocated for PCIe varies across chipsets.
Thus, add support to retrieve the base SID from
PCIe devicetree node so that PCIe bus driver can
use it to calculate and assign to each PCI device.

The PCI config header (first 64 bytes of each device's config space) is
defined by the PCI spec so generic software can identify the device and
manage its usage of I/O, memory, and IRQ resources.
Some non-spec-compliant devices put registers other than BARs where the
BARs should be. When the PCI core sizes these "BARs", the reads and writes
it does may have unwanted side effects, and the "BAR" may appear to
describe non-sensical address space.
Add a flag bit to mark non-compliant devices so we don't touch their BARs.
Turn off IO/MEM decoding to prevent the devices from consuming address
space, since we can't read the BARs to find out what that address space
would be.

PCIe Advanced Error Reporting is currently enabled
by default with no way of disabling it. AER is not
always ideal to have enabled as it may flood PCIe
IPC logs. Thus, this change provides an option to
enable and disable AER from debugfs.

Aggregated interrupts that are configured to be masked should
not be reported in the interrupt handler. Thus, mask the status
value being read in the interrupt handler to filter them out.

In order for the host to receive Synopsys MSIs from its endpoint,
the MSIs need to me masked in the PCIe global interrupt mask
register. Therefore, mask all Synopsys MSIs in PCIe bus driver.

The current PHY sequence is not fully compatible with the
QSERDES PHY found on mdmcalifornium. Thus, add the new
sequence and other changes to support PCIe QSERDES PHY
on mdmcalifornium.

Not all targets will have a dedicated line for each PCIe
interrupt. On these targets, some PCIe interrupts will be
aggregated into one line. Thus, add support to handle
aggregated interrupts.

Based on si learning, new PCIe PHY settings improve the overall
stability of PCIe PHY on MSM8996 v3 and on v4. Thus, update the
PCIe PHY sequence for MSM8996 v3 and v4.

The counter for the number of active root complexes
determines when PCIe common PHY should be powered on/off.
To avoid conflicts and a stale counter, add locks to protect
the access to PCIe common PHY.

In addition to having outputs to kernel log, PCIe
debugfs messages should also be captured in IPC logging.
Therefore, add a new IPC logging label and update the
existing calls to do so.

PCIe bus driver can now use devicetree to help distingush
which PCIe QMP PHY version is being used. This will allow
PCIe bus driver to choose the correct PCIe PHY sequence.

There are unnecessary cleanup code which alters the descriptor
of a Synposys MSI IRQ and this causes the IRQ to be unusable
afterwards. Remove the unnecessary cleanup code for Synopsys
MSI so that the IRQ will remain functional.

SMMU requires PCIe to provide a SID for each of its endpoint
so that the endpoint can successful transaction on the bus.
This change adds the support for PCIe bus driver to calculate
a SID for its endpoint and give it to the SMMU driver.

In the case where the Root Complex fails to retrive a valid
index, the exit code fails to handle this correctly. This
change corrects the way the exit code handles invalid root
complex indexes.
