The current api which performs the clock reset is moved to use the reset
framework, so support the changes in ufs driver for the same. The reset
framework requires to get reset handle and perform assert/deassert of the
resets.

Configure the ufs clocks core and peripheral memory state when
turned off. This configuration is required to allow retaining
ICE crypto configuration (including keys) when ice_core_clk is
turned off, and powering down non-ICE RAMs of host controller.

Change testbus default config, dump additional testbus
registers and ufs phy regs along with other debug vendor
specific registers. These additional info are useful
in debugging link related failures.

The bus bandwidth vote is required to be done before the bus clocks
are enabled, hence separate the bus voting from vendor specific
setup clocks that is called after the ufs core clocks are enabled.

to configure 2 lanes during phy initialization.

This reverts commit 9d6fd2c3e9fcfb ("Merge remote-tracking branch
'msm-4.4/tmp-510d0a3f' into msm-4.4"), because it breaks the
dump parsing tools due to kernel can be loaded anywhere in the memory
now and not fixed at linear mapping.

If Hibern8 enter/exit fails and we also see some UIC errors at the same
time, we would see following 2 recovery paths running in parallel to
restore the host and device communication.
Context-1: ufshcd_uic_hibern8_exit() -> ufshcd_link_recovery() ->
ufshcd_reset_and_restore()
Context-2: ufshcd_err_handler()->ufshcd_reset_and_restore()
This change fixes this race by making the ufshcd_link_recovery() to wait
for the already scheduled ufshcd_err_handler() to finish running and then
schedule the error handler again to make sure that host-device link is
reestablished.
While we are fixing the above race, similar race could happen between
ufshcd_eh_host_reset_handler() and ufshcd_err_handler() hence fix the
error handling in ufshcd_eh_host_reset_handler() same way as fixed in
ufshcd_link_recovery().

UFS clock scaling might start kicking in even before the device
is running at the fastest interface speed which is undesirable.
This change moves the clock scaling kick start only after the
device is detected and running at the fastest interface speed.

There is no need to send hibern8 enter/exit during clk gate/ungate
when auto hibern8 is supported as that would be handled by the
controller, thus remove UFSHCD_CAP_HIBERN8_WITH_CLK_GATING cap.

In a case where gate work is called as part of cancel work
from ungate path the clk state would be marked as REQ_CLKS_ON.
There is no point gating the clocks and then end up turning
them ON immediately in ungate work, save time by skipping the
gate work and change the clk state to CLKS_ON as they are not
turned off yet.

Auto hibern8 is useful during active requests for efficient power
savings. Since we are anyway in suspend path, disable auto
hibern8 until a successful resume. This prevents unnecessary hibern8
enter/exit during the suspend/resume path.

If we have hit fatal errors and are not able to recover using
a reset, crash the system instead of proceeding and causing
further system failures.

The ungate work turns on the clock before it exits hibern8,
if the link was put in hibern8 during clock gating work.
There occurs a race condition when clock scaling work calls
ufshcd_hold() to make sure low power states cannot be entered,
but that returns by checking only whether the clocks are on.
This causes the clock scaling work to issue UIC commands when
the link is in hibern8 causing failures. Make sure we exit
hibern8 state before returning from ufshcd_hold().

ufs_qcom_print_hw_debug_reg_all() function is having a bug

ICE 3.0 crypto sequences were changed, CTRL_INFO register
no longer exists and doesn't need to be configured. The configuration
is done via utrd.

Some platforms might not support auto hibern8 even though the
controller exposes this capability. Add a quirk to disable
auto hibern8 for such platforms.

QCOM UFS host controller v3.0.0 supports SVS2 voltage scaling mode
that allows lowest power consumption in HS G1. The link must be put
in hibern8 state before configuring the PHY to enter SVS2 mode.
The voltage can be reduced after this to SVS2 level.
Make the necessary change to support this on the qcom ufs variant.

Each ufs controller variant can work with various gear speeds that
can be supported at a low voltage corner. Add an ops function to
query the gear supported to scale down.
Also make the hibern8 entry/exit function non static as the variant
drivers might need to call hibern8 entry/exit when scaling down to
a lower gear.

QCOM UFS controller version 3.0.0 supports the auto hibern8
feature as defined by the UFS HCI v2.0 specification.
Make necessary changes to enable this during host controller
initialization.

The qla1280 driver sets the scsi_host_template's can_queue field to 0xfffff
which results in an allocation failure when allocating the block layer tags
for the driver's queues. This was introduced with the change for host wide
tags in commit 64d513ac31b - "scsi: use host wide tags by default".
Reduce can_queue to MAX_OUTSTANDING_COMMANDS (512) to solve the allocation
error.

When the scsi_dh core was moved into the scsi core module,
CONFIG_SCSI_DH became a 'bool' option, and now anything depending on it
can be built-in even when CONFIG_SCSI=m. This of course cannot link
successfully:

Requests that need to go through the ICE must be setup with a key
before and have a key index ready. In cases where the key is not
ready as it is not in the key cache, the ICE 'config_start' callback
returns -EAGAIN and we need to block further requests and call
'config_start' again from a non-atomic context until key setup
is ready and then resume requests handling.

When working with multiple files and multiple threads, the following
scenario can occur:
1. File Close -> Key cache removal -> context switch
2. Open new file -> occupy the entry cleaned in 1
-> TZ_ES_SET_ICE_KEY -> context switch
3. Back to 1 -> TZ_ES_INVALIDATE_ICE_KEY
4. Back to 2 -> ICE uses the key that is already invalid
5. Crash due to PARTIALLY_SET_KEY_USED
To fix this, pfk must know when requests using some key are completed.
Only then key removal shall be allowed and until then key invalidation
must wait.
A new callback was added to let clients inform PFK when requests end.

During revalidate we check whether device capacity has changed before we
decide whether to output disk information or not.
The check for old capacity failed to take into account that we scaled
sdkp->capacity based on the reported logical block size. And therefore
the capacity test would always fail for devices with sectors bigger than
512 bytes and we would print several copies of the same discovery
information.
Avoid scaling sdkp->capacity and instead adjust the value on the fly
when setting the block device capacity and generating fake C/H/S
geometry.

Commit d63c7dd5bcb9 ("ipr: Fix out-of-bounds null overwrite") removed
the end of line handling when storing the update_fw sysfs attribute.
This changed the userpace API because it started refusing writes
terminated by a line feed, which broke the update tools we already have.
This patch re-adds that handling, so both a write terminated by a line
feed or not can make it through with the update.
