This exports a new cfg80211_stop_iface() function.
This is intended for driver internal interface
combination management and channel switching.
Due to locking issues (it re-enters driver) the
call is asynchronous and uses cfg80211 event
list/worker.

Qualcomm Technologies Inc vendor specific wlan driver (qcacld-3.0)
internally supports wow mode and is enabled by default.
Currently, cfg80211 subsystem and wpa_supplicant is not aware of
qcacld-3.0 internal support for wowlan, due to which wpa_supplicant
is issuing disconnect on suspend, resulting in wowlan failure.
To fix this, avoid disconnect on suspend.

If possible that after suspend, cfg80211 will receive request to
disconnect what require action on interface that was removed during
suspend.
Problem can manifest itself by various warnings similar to below one:

To fix the problem disconnect from any associated network before
suspend. User space is responsible to establish connection again
after resume. This basically need to be done by user space anyway,
because associated stations can go away during suspend (for example
NetworkManager disconnects on suspend and connect on resume by default).
Patch also handle situation when driver refuse to suspend with wowlan
configured and try to suspend again without it.

rmnet_data netlink handler currently does not check for the
incoming process pid and instead just loops back the pid.
A malicious root user could potentially send a message with
source pid 0 and this could cause rmnet_data to loop the message
back till an out of memory situation occurs.
rmnet_data also does not check for the message length of the
incoming netlink messages and instead casts the netlink message
without checking for the boundary.
Fix these two scenarios by adding the pid and message length checks
respectively.

Some drivers (ath10k) report MCS 9 @ 20MHz, which
technically isn't defined. To get more meaningful value
than 0 out of this however, just extrapolate a bitrate
from ratio of MCS 7 and 9 in channels where it is allowed.

Enhance sched scan to support option of finding a better BSS while in
connected state. Firmware scans the medium and reports when it finds a
known BSS which has better RSSI than the current connected BSS. New
attributes to specify the relative RSSI (compared to the current BSS)
are added to the sched scan to implement this.

Introducing a new feature that the driver can use to
indicate the driver/firmware supports configuration of BSS
selection criteria upon CONNECT command. This can be useful
when multiple BSS-es are found belonging to the same ESS,
ie. Infra-BSS with same SSID. The criteria can then be used to
offload selection of a preferred BSS.

Port single flow dynamic GRO changes into rmnet driver. This
feature uses configurable parameters that determine when GRO
should be flushed based on both timing and receive byte count.
Although the parameters are initially set, they dynamically
fluctuate based on incoming traffic.

Currently mac80211 does not inform the driver of the session
block ack timeout when starting a rx aggregation session.
Drivers that manage the reorder buffer need to know this
parameter.
Seeing that there are now too many arguments for the
drv_ampdu_action() function, wrap them inside a structure.

Add support to use a random local address (Address 2 = TA in transmit
and the same address in receive functionality) for Public Action frames
in order to improve privacy of WLAN clients. Applications fill the
random transmit address in the frame buffer in the NL80211_CMD_FRAME
command. This can be used only with the drivers that indicate support
for random local address by setting the new
NL80211_EXT_FEATURE_MGMT_TX_RANDOM_TA and/or
NL80211_EXT_FEATURE_MGMT_TX_RANDOM_TA_CONNECTED in ext_features.
The driver needs to configure receive behavior to accept frames to the
specified random address during the time the frame exchange is pending
and such frames need to be acknowledged similarly to frames sent to the
local permanent address when this random address functionality is not
used.

In mac80211, multicast A-MSDUs are accepted in many cases that
they shouldn't be accepted in:
* drop A-MSDUs with a multicast A1 (RA), as required by the
spec in 9.11 (802.11-2012 version)
* drop A-MSDUs with a 4-addr header, since the fourth address
can't actually be useful for them; unless 4-address frame
format is actually requested, even though the fourth address
is still not useful in this case, but ignored
Accepting the first case, in particular, is very problematic
since it allows anyone else with possession of a GTK to send
unicast frames encapsulated in a multicast A-MSDU, even when
the AP has client isolation enabled.

This will allow drivers to make more educated
decisions whether to defer transmission or not.
Relying on wake_tx_queue() call count implicitly
was not possible because it could be called
without queued frame count actually changing on
software tx aggregation start/stop code paths.
It was also not possible to know how long
byte-wise queue was without dequeueing.

Some drivers offload some frames internally (e.g.
AddBa). Reporting such frames to mac80211 would
only confuse MLME. However it would be useful to
be able to pass such frames to monitor interfaces
for sniffing purposes, e.g. when running AP +
monitor.
To do that allow drivers to tell mac80211 whether
a given frame should be:
- processed but not delivered to any monitor vif
- not processed but delievered to monitor vifs
only

The previous commit added support for specifying the beacon rate
for AP mode. Add features checks to this, and extend it to also
support the rate configuration for mesh networks. For IBSS it's
not as simple due to joining etc., so that's not yet supported.

NL80211_ATTR_MAC was used to set both the specific BSSID to be scanned
and the random MAC address to be used when privacy is enabled. When both
the features are enabled, both the BSSID and the local MAC address were
getting same value causing Probe Request frames to go with unintended
DA. Hence, this has been fixed by using a different NL80211_ATTR_BSSID
attribute to set the specific BSSID (which was the more recent addition
in cfg80211) for a scan.
Backwards compatibility with old userspace software is maintained to
some extent by allowing NL80211_ATTR_MAC to be used to set the specific
BSSID when scanning without enabling random MAC address use.
Scanning with random source MAC address was introduced by commit
ad2b26abc157 ("cfg80211: allow drivers to support random MAC addresses
for scan") and the issue was introduced with the addition of the second
user for the same attribute in commit 818965d39177 ("cfg80211: Allow a
scan request for a specific BSSID").

Add functionality to update the connection parameters when in connected
state, so that driver/firmware uses the updated parameters for
subsequent roaming. This is for drivers that support internal BSS
selection and roaming. The new command does not change the current
association state, i.e., it can be used to update IE contents for future
(re)associations without causing an immediate disassociation or
reassociation with the current BSS.
This commit implements the required functionality for updating IEs for
(Re)Association Request frame only. Other parameters can be added in
future when required.

Generic receive offload is enabled by default on a net_device
whenever it is registered. In case of rmnet_data, a physical
device could theoretically pass cloned frames and rmnet_data
would pass on these cloned frames to GRO framework. This
would cause memory corruption or crashes since GRO modifies
the skb shared info which is shared across clones.
While cloned frames are usually not sent to rmnet_data, this
configuration actually requires userspace intervention. If
userspace does not makes appropriate calls to kernel, we will
run into crashes. Handle this scenario by disabling GRO by
default. Userspace will need to explicitly enable GRO if
required to do so.

We want a generic way to insert an RCU grace period before socket
freeing for cases where RCU_SLAB_DESTROY_BY_RCU is adding too
much overhead.
SLAB_DESTROY_BY_RCU strict rules force us to take a reference
on the socket sk_refcnt, and it is a performance problem for UDP
encapsulation, or TCP synflood behavior, as many CPUs might
attempt the atomic operations on a shared sk_refcnt
UDP sockets and TCP listeners can set SOCK_RCU_FREE so that their
lookup can use traditional RCU rules, without refcount changes.
They can set the flag only once hashed and visible by other cpus.
